A built in 7200mA rechargeable battery gives this tracker up to 60 days running time.  A USB cable is supplied for charging and so you do not need to buy or change any batteries.  Just connect the device to a USB port and the battery is charging, an indicator light tells you that the tracker is charging and when it's fully charged.  Battery life, of course, will depend upon how often the tracker is moving and how often it's in standby mode.

You can zoom in and out of the map and watch your tracker live if you want to.  Route history is also stored and accessable anytime and you can also change things such as the type of map shown, from the basic one you see in the screen shot above to the Satellite map, which will show you actual buildings etc.
